Donation Requests


Fort Frenzy asks that you submit a donation request form and email it to  or at least one month prior to your event.  All requests will be reviewed and agreed upon by the management staff and the Fort Frenzy owners.




If a donation is granted, you will be notified via email to schedule a pick up or to tell you the request has been mailed.  Your email address is required on the application. Click here to download our donations form. Donation Form PDF
